QuantorForm Ltd. in collaboration with MICAS Simulations Ltd. (UK) have arranged the first Seminar and training for our new metal forming simulation software QForm 7. The seminar took place on April 26-27, 2012 at National Metalforming Centre in Birmingham. The participants have been very impressed by outstanding development and high performance of the software. During the second day they have been trained to work with the new program and highly appreciated its user-friendliness. Next seminars will be in Berlin on May 9-10th, in Chicago May 23rd, Moscow May 29th and Krakow June 1st.
QuantorForm Ltd. in collaboration with MICAS Simulations Ltd. (UK) and Obserte-Beulmann GmbH & Co. KG (Germany) took part in the UK biggest machine building exhibition MACH 2012 (http://www.machexhibition.com//) on April 16-20, 2012 in Birmingham. The joint stand has attracted many visitors because it displayed complex approach to optimization of forging technology and reduction of the tool cost. Such effect is reached by simulation of the material flow and die stress and selection of the die material that the most suitable for actual working conditions.
