On April 3, 2025, in Munich, Germany, there will be a DGM working group Light Metals / Extrusion and User meeting QForm UK Extrusion, where researchers will present their reports to representatives of extrusion plants. The presentations will be held in German. Following this, the event will transition into the European meeting of QForm UK Extrusion users.

The Aluminium 2024 Exhibition in Düsseldorf

From October 8-10, 2024, our team attended The Aluminium 2024 Exhibition in Düsseldorf - the largest international event dedicated to aluminium extrusion and processing technologies. At the exhibition, we showcased QForm UK Extrusion and the QExDD tool for die design in extrusion processes.

We were pleased to observe that our extrusion simulation products continue to lead the market, with many users, manufacturers, and businesses already utilizing QForm UK for development and design. This was reaffirmed multiple times throughout the event.

Interviews with participants of International Students Olympiad

In September, the International Student Olympiad on Metal Forming Processes concluded and the results were announced. We contacted the winners and asked them to tell us about their impressions of the competition, share secrets of preparation process, and give advise to future participants.
