XXXVIII Colloquium on Metal Forming on March 23-27 2019 in Austria

The colloquium took place on March 23-27, 2019 at 1.350 m above sea level in Zauchensee, Austria. The aim of the colloquium is the scientific and practice-oriented exchange of information between forming technicians from production, plant engineering and universities on the following topics:
• Forming behavior of metallic materials
• Optimization and simulation of forming processes
• Automation and measurement technology
• Material testing and quality management in forming technology
• Toolmaking

Mr. Sergey Stebunov (QForm Group) has presented a lecture by Sergey Stebunov, Andrey Vlasov, Andrey Shitikov «The ductile fracture prediction by QForm in cold and hot forming». This is a result of our joint work with Bauman Moscow State Technical University. We also thank for the cooperation prof. A. Milenin from the AGH University of Science and Technology and prof. S. Galkin from Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys.
