November Program in China: ALPTC 2024, the 8th Asiaforge meeting, and QForm UK Training
In November, our team visited China to participate in key industry events — the ALPTC 2024 exhibition, the 8th Asiaforge meeting conference, and to conduct a QForm UK Training session.
ALPTC 2024
On November 16, we showcased our advanced technologies at the ALPTC 2024 exhibition in Guangzhou. The event provided an excellent platform to present our solutions and exchange expertise with industry professionals.
During the exhibition, we noticed a significant interest from Chinese manufacturers in profile pressing technologies. At our booth, we demonstrated:
• A presentation on the capabilities of QForm UK, QFrom UK HeatTreatment, and QExDD, emphasizing their integration and advantages.
• Materials showcasing the convergence of simulation results with real-world production data.
• Working with external designs in QExDD, highlighting the convenience of collaborative design, demonstrating its flexibility and functionalit.
• Setting up cooling channels in QForm UK, clearly showcasing the tool’s precision.
These demonstrations generated strong interest among visitors and encouraged discussions on potential future directions for the development of our solutions.
Presentation at the 8th Asiaforge meeting (25-28 November)
At the 8th Asiaforge meeting, Ivan Lishniy, Regional Director, QForm Group, gave a presentation on the capabilities of QForm UK Direct, covering the key stages of die preparation and showcasing real-world production cases. The presentation received positive feedback and helped establish new business connections.
Training in Wuhan
On November 28-29, we conducted a two-day QForm UK Training session in Wuhan. During the training, we:
• Provided a detailed overview of geometry requirements in QShape and methods for addressing surface defects.
• Demonstrated the core functionality of QShape, including assembling a standard case.
Particular interest was shown in training for ring rolling and the QForm UK Direct tool, which opens new opportunities for further collaboration.
